Purchase Of Reoccurring Digital Goods and/or Subscriptions (“Subscription”): Your payment for the Services will automatically renew at the end of each Subscription cycle. The cancelation will come into effect on the following day of the Subscription cancelation, after which You will be downgraded and/or denied access to the Subscription and/or to the Services. If a purchased Digital Good performs not as described on the Website, You may contact Our support at any time, and We will examine Your claim, and if found justified, We will refund You. If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
